Who we are

OFFROW is an independent creative direction and production studio based in Paris, France. This website is operated by OFFROW (offrow.paris). For any privacy-related enquiries, contact us at hi@offrow.paris.

What we collect

We collect anonymous navigation data through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics. This includes pages visited, time spent on site, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location (country/city level). We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you submit the contact form.

If you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, company, email, project details). This data is transmitted via Web3Forms and used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Why we collect it

Anonymous analytics help us understand how visitors navigate the site so we can improve it. Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to project enquiries. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is stated here.

Legal basis

Analytics cookies are only placed after you give explicit consent via the banner on first visit. Contact form data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to a request you initiated. Both bases are lawful under GDPR Article 6.

How long we keep it

Anonymous analytics data is retained for 26 months by Google Analytics (their default). Contact form submissions are kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and are not stored in any database — they are delivered by email only.

Third parties

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) for anonymous traffic measurement. Google processes data under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We use Web3Forms (AWS infrastructure) to transmit contact form submissions. We use hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., USA) on the contact form to protect against automated spam. hCaptcha may collect your IP address and browser data for the sole purpose of bot detection — see hCaptcha's privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party.

Cookies

This site uses the following cookies and storage:

• offrow-consent (functional, localStorage) — remembers your consent choice. No personal data, no expiration based on tracking.
• _ga, _ga_*, _gid (Google Analytics, only after consent) — anonymous traffic measurement. Lifetime: up to 24 months.
• hCaptcha cookies (set when interacting with the contact form captcha) — bot detection only. Set and managed by hCaptcha.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage. The functional consent cookie and hCaptcha cookies are required for the site to function properly.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to withdraw consent for analytics at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage or declining cookies on your next visit. To exercise any of these rights, email hi@offrow.paris. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle data, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
