Elisa Marcuzzi

Co-founder & Production Director

Elisa is the operational and strategic backbone of OFFROW. She brings a decade of high-level production experience across fashion weeks, brand campaigns, and live events — with an eye trained on the level of execution inherited from luxury houses.

She leads production across all disciplines: from the first budget to the last load-out, holding the thread between creative ambition and real-world delivery.

Dora Okuyan

Co-founder & Multimedia & Technical Producer

Dora is the technical and multimedia translator of OFFROW. A music producer and multimedia artist by background, he brings fluency across sound, image, and emerging technologies.

He operates at the intersection of creative direction and technical execution: the person who makes the ambitious brief actually work, and who pushes the tools further than the brief asks for.
